Our clay tandoor runs at 800°F. That's what gives our naan its blister and our tandoori dishes their smoke. Most Denver Indian restaurants have switched to cheaper alternatives. We haven't.
Every chicken, lamb, and goat dish uses halal-certified meat. No pork on premises. One of the few halal Indian restaurants in Cherry Creek.
Not a token tofu dish — a full vegan section with dal, chana, aloo gobi, palak tofu, vegetable biryani, and three momo varieties.
